Payment is on completion of your session in full. Payment options are cash or cheque upon which you will be issued with a receipt to use for claiming rebate purposes.

Children receiving services through the Helping Children with Autism Early Intervention Funding Package ($12000 package) will attract a $5.00 processing fee per session. Your psychologist will advise you if this applies to your child. You will be required to fill in payment forms at completion of your session.

If you have been referred under a plan from your medical practitioner that entitles you to rebates under Medicare (e.g. Enhanced Primary Care, Better Access to Mental Health, Helping Children with Autism 20 sessions), it is your responsibility to track the number of sessions that you are entitled to and to alert your psychologist when you have completed your quota as per the referral. Your psychologist will then review your child's progress and provide a summary letter to your referring medical practitioner either requesting further sessions or advising that sessions will be no longer required. Please note that referral for ongoing sessions is at the discretion of the referring medical practitioner.

The typical duration of psychology sessions is 50 minutes, allowing time afterward for payment and schedule of your next appointment. Your Psychologist will advise if this is not the case. Please be on time to your appointment, as you will be required to pay for the full hour regardless of your arrival time.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no charge for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of $50. Failing to show at a booked appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the fee for the appointment. Please note: Cancellation fees will not be eligible for rebates or accessible through funding packages and are at your own cost.
